How do I book a treatment?
Find a salon, choose a service and a professional, then select an available time. Sign in and verify your account to save your appointment. This local version saves sample appointments only.
Does SalonOS charge a customer platform fee?
No. The plan keeps the customer experience free of platform booking fees. Service prices belong to the salon.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Customer cancellation is available more than 24 hours before the appointment. The full platform applies the cancellation policy shown at checkout. Local sample bookings do not collect payment.
Which time zone is my appointment in?
Appointments are shown in the salon’s local time zone. Our Dubai listings use Gulf Standard Time, UTC+4.
Can I use SalonOS on my phone?
Yes. The complete website is designed for phones, tablets and desktop browsers. You do not need to download an app to browse or book.

Are these real salons?
The current local development environment contains clearly labelled sample salons and illustrative imagery. No real salon receives these appointments.
